Staples Corporate Marketing Project Mgr in Framingham, Massachusetts

Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas. What you?ll be doing: Onboarding and bonding initiatives for new accounts and users. Execute efficiently and effectively on all customer communication campaigns. Communicate internally and externally and collaborate in all stages from planning to campaign deployment. Draft creative briefs for creative team, collect and provide feedback, proof all materials prior to deployment, and give final approval. Engage with the circulation and analytics teams to define customer segments for targeting and manage analysis and insights request process post campaign completion. Escalate issues that could impact timelines, dependencies and/or budget. Coordinate across multiple projects and prioritize appropriately. Maintain all schedules, process and procedures associated with campaign execution (data, creative, etc.) What you bring to the table: Detail oriented, highly organized individual with strong project management skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time while adjusting quickly to changing priorities and campaign timelines Background in customer relationship marketing strategy and program execution within a test/learn framework preferred Experience working with and managing agencies and/or vendors a plus Qualifications : What?s needed- Basic Qualifications 2+ years of related work experience Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
