Description The role of the Marketing Project Manager is to execute programs and initiatives in partnership with Merchandising, Sales, Store Operations. L&D, Segment Marketing and the internal Agency. These marketing activities influence our customers' perceptions and shopping behaviors in all channels: stores, online and C&E. Project Managers oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing tactics and programs, assisting with plans, developing materials, communicating with business partners, resolving issues and reporting on results. Project Managers have the opportunity to manage projects while getting exposure to a variety of vehicles and functions within the Company.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for execution of tactics in support of programs and initiatives
Project planning, understanding and developing timelines and budgets
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Partner within and outside marketing to understand business needs
Develop and execute marketing plans and processes
CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Evaluate data related to program and vehicle performance
Derive insights from research and analysis
Integrate customer insight into marketing plans and activities
Communicate and collaborate in all stages from planning to roll out to reporting
Write creative briefs, evaluate creative concepts
2-4 years marketing or project management experience
Detail oriented, highly organized individual with demonstrated problem solving abilities and project management skills, including working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and aggressive timelines.
Demonstrated analytical skills. May be responsible for obtaining data, running reports and drawing conclusions from analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Access and design skills a plus.
Experience working with/managing agencies and/or vendors a plus.
Experience working with sales support platforms (i.e. Salesforce)
