Marketing Program Manager
The Global Marketing Organization is looking for a customer-obsessed candidate to lead the coordination, execution, and creative cohesion of our global marketing campaigns and programs. If you have a passion for marketing and possess the skill to translate strategic and creative vision into tactical execution plans, this job is for you. In addition to ensuring dates and deliverables are met across the channels and marketing services, this role will act as the accountable party, ensuring the creative deliverables across the channels come together in a cohesive manner aligned to the original strategic brief. Working collaboratively across the enterprise , this role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing programs are planned and executed with excellence and our performance targets against our execution plans are met.
Ensures Marketing Briefs are translated to the right tactical plans across all ‘production’ ( ie . channel and creative) teams.
As part of gaining program alignment, coordinates a process by which activation leads and execution teams share their translation of the brief into tactical objectives/plans to marketing leadership team and marketing planners to align on resourcing and prioritization of investments. Drives accountability from activation leads to ensure ROI of plans is clearly a part of the proposal.
Planning & Program Management of all execution deliverables for a given launch/product or quarterly marketing program, both internal and external (agency), in close collaboration with marketing planning, portfolio management and value chain partners.
Participates alongside Marketing Planner, Activation, Creative Pod leads, & portfolio management on quarterly updates to the annual campaign plan
As part of driving cohesion/alignment across creative, works closely with other program execution leads to ensure product/launch campaigns & quarterly marketing programs remain connected, both from an execution & creative standpoint.
Collaborates with program execution leads and portfolio manager escalating creative or execution risks to necessary Stakeholders and facilitating a resolution.
Serves as a SME for overall Program status, providing stakeholders with progress updates on budget, timelines, risks, and strategic alignment
Coordinates across the enterprise to manage interdependencies to the master program plan
Provides transparency and management of overall program budget , ensuring resource allocation is aligned to budget targets
Coordinates across the value chain on the planning and execution of marketing programs to ensure a robust integrated plan is created and seamlessly executed against
Ensures recommended and planned marketing program activities are well aligned to the marketing brief
Ensure the plan and execution of work in support of mktg. programs is on time
Accountable for providing marketing planning with continued progress updates on planned execution and alignment to vision
Skills & Competencies
Program Management experience on large-scale programs or at the enterprise level
Experience working in Marketing
Ability to provide structure and oversight across multiple swim lanes of activities
Extremely Organized with proactive mindset
Strong ability to translate and connect strategic vision to tactical deliverables
Adept collaborator across senior stakeholders managing very different functions, incentives and outcomes.
Proven ability (and desire) to influence outcomes without authority and with confidence
Proven practitioner of continuous improvement, continually striving for improvements in ways of working
Familiarity with working with an agency a plus
Confident Decision Maker
Experience in strategy deployment of marketing campaigns preferred
