The Marketing Services Operations Specialist is dedicated to building and improving the systems and processes that run the department. Possesses extensive knowledge of all aspects of the marketing services business architecture and maintains a network of TJX contacts to achieve inter-departmental coordination. This role reports directly to the Marketing Services Operations Supervisor and engages in constant analysis of business requirements in order to develop successful business solutions.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Partners with manager to develop digital asset management protocol and support the coordination of digital asset management tasks and decisions.

  • Collaborates with relevant business partners on the roll out of marketing services solutions pertaining to asset and workflow management

  • Troubleshoots, supports and performs testing on various Marketing Services tools and solutions such as Sharepoint, Workfront (Workflow Management), and Media Beacon (Digital Asset Management)

  • Creates process documents, online tutorials, and step-by-step instruction sheets while also engaging and coaching Marketing and Creative Services teams to ensure consistent processes are in place and asset management protocols are observed

  • Support successful roll outs, upgrades, and continuous improvement of marketing solutions by conducting formal and informal interviews with various levels of associates to gather facts and details that will become business requirements

  • Works autonomously through training plans and supports business users with ongoing education, support and feedback review

  • Monitors the department’s actual vs. planned budget spend by extracting monthly ledgers from Oracle and updating tracking reports for managerial review

  • Partners with manager on developing plans and strategies to fulfill the team’s business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred

  • Strong organizational skills

  • The ability to prioritize and multi task

  • Demonstrated excellence in documentation skills with a strong attention to detail 

  • Proficient with MS Office programs ((SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization software is preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Prior experience with workflow and digital asset management solutions

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Able to work in a dynamic team environment and collaborate effectively with team members and the technical community 

  • Able to partner and build relationships internally and externally
