Marketing insights Analyst

In this role, you have the opportunity to help our marketing teams learn how to develop better-performing campaigns, and help our channel managers understand whether their marketing investments have been successful. This role will also define a best practice marketing analytics approach, process and reporting to help re-position our marketing analytics capability.

You are responsible for

  • Analytics initiatives focused on all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including customer acquisition, optimizing contact strategies, promotional strategy, and building loyalty to drive long-term business growth.

  • Enhancing and simplifying reporting; both automated and ad hoc as needed.

  • Maintain and govern marketing analytics tooling, their connections and processes to ensure marketing effectiveness is accurately tracked, reported on and analyzed.

  • Accessing, analysing, and improving marketing data from a variety of analytic tools (Databases, CRM, Email, Website, etc.) in order to create customized reports and KPIs based on the needs of the business.

  • Managing and working on analytics audits and measurement frameworks to ensure all KPI's are tracking appropriately and that these KPI's ladder back up to business objectives.

  • Support the deployment & measure the success of media channels and campaign activities, working closely with media and channel managers

  • Drive the re-defining the current model where appropriate to accurately reflect the impact of channels in the marketing lifecycle across both B2C and B2B

  • Creating and presenting customized marketing performance wrap up reports. These reports will outline the key successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations to be implemented moving forward.

  • Analytic Tools/ Data Sources of focus for the business include: Websites analytics (Adobe Analytics), Dashboard (Tableau), Sales Force, and email data.

  • Advising on, building, and maintaining complete documentation for all projects.

You are a part of

The Digital Marketing dept within Philips Lifeline- Aging and Caregiving division based in the Framingham, MA location.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 4 years or more of experience in a Marketing Operations and insights or similar role

  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of managing complex data sets & systems in a fast paced business

  • Experience bringing multiple data sources together that allow you to analyze and subsequently drive change

  • Ability to embrace change and have a level of comfort working in a frequently changing environment

  • Must have great communication skills allowing you to manage, influence and present to a variety of stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience manipulating large datasets using tools like SQL, Postrgres, Oracle, etc

  • You are experienced using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, Business Objects, or similar)
