Staples Manager eMarketplace Amazon FBA- HiTouch in Framingham, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing:
Evolves our assortment and supply chain capability to support min of 3,000 SKUs on FBA
Ensure effective communication happens through all teams involved in the FBA operation including product development, merchandising, purchasing, inbound/outbound operations, and the E-Commerce Marketplaces business team.
Drive sales growth through research and selection of right products for the assortment.
Deliver on time shipments of purchase orders, demand forecasts and in stock metrics through
Amazon system monitoring and coordination with purchasing and warehouse teams.
Measure and improve supplier lead times, reduce operational defects, and improve systems to streamline operations between suppliers and our company, as well as suppliers and Amazon where applicable.
Drive root cause analysis/reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and project manage improvements.
Develop and implement strategies to grow our Amazon Seller accounts and ensure they run efficiently.
Create, upload, edit and maintain FBA listings and FBA orders in Seller Central.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for inventory concerns, policy violation or account health warnings and customer communications.
Remain up to date with Amazon's best practices, new trends and platform updates.
Solve issues with the assistance of Amazon Seller Tech Support as needed
Projects revenue, profit and inventory requirements to accelerate revenue growth
Monitors performance metrics (Cancel Rate, Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, On-Time Delivery,Valid Tracking Rate) and engages as necessary across Staples functional areas to ensure required corrective action so merchants are not suspended.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of eCommerce experience in direct-to-consumer or wholesale businesses
3+ years of experience with selling on marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) including direct experience on their administrative tools is a must
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant study
Experience in managing direct reports, vendor relationships, and cross-functional project
Deep knowledge of requirements, restrictions, and best practices for successfully selling on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Experience in both seller fulfilled and FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) fulfillment models
Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
Experience with Channel Advisor, CommerceHub or similar product listing software
