    About the role:

    Our Talent Acquisition Team at TJX is looking for anEmployment Brand Managerto the support the growing brand awareness and recruitment marketing needs across TJX.

  • You will own the evolution of our EVP & Global Employment Brand initiatives.

  • Partner across our four Global Home Office locations to advocated consistency, scale, and brand awareness

  • Collaborate with functional teams across the organization to understand and illustrate our culture and Employee Value Proposition.

  • Work alongside a team of recruitment marketing specialists.

  • To thrive in this role, knowledge of employment branding, project management, adobe creative suite technologies, navigating agency relationships, social media, and go-to market strategies to attract talent to TJX is vital.

    Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Oversee the evolution of our Global Employment Brand- Discover Different.

  • Build annual go to market strategies to bring our EVP to life.

  • Create print & digital collateral via Adobe suite

  • Partner with our Recruitment Marketing Agency to balance in-house needs, vs. external requests.

  • Intermediate Adobe Suite Technology experience.

  • Work with the team leaders to plan and lead recruitment marketing project

  • Understand how to measure source tracking activity across our advertising channels.

  • Become fully immersed in TJX’s brand and culture.

  • Stay up to date with social media and digital technology trends.

  • Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to conduct the appropriate due diligence and to strategize and develop short and long-term solutions and business plans as they relate to recruitment marketing and new store openings.

  • Create strategy briefs for all recommended social media initiatives and campaigns.

  • Support other leaders of Talent Acquisition on various projects such as department budget

    Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ year of Recruitment Marketing Experience

  • Intermediate creative design experience in Adobe.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing related to Talent Acquisition.

  • Specific knowledge of Indeed and other popular jobs boards is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, written and verbal skills.

  • Superior organizational skills; attention to detail, and the ability to track budgets.

  • Basic Project Management capabilities

  • Demonstrates creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
