What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy & Planning, this position requires performance data analytics across each of our channel businesses to identify business trends and opportunities for growth. Additionally, the Channel Sales Manager will lead all Joint Business Planning activities with our channel partners.
Assist in preparing performance analysis and presentations for key cross functional partners using multiple data sources
Manipulate and analyze large amounts of data which includes review of historical sales trends and research future demand drivers turning data into actionable insights
Develop fact-based presentations utilizing multiple sources of syndicated data
Assist in the management of the demand review process to identify trends and gaps within our annual budget cycle
Build channel relationships to secure goals and identify future growth opportunities through the Joint Business Planning process
Provide analytical support and analyses of Joint Business Planning and total business to identify and address business opportunities; including ad hoc analyses and both internal and external reporting
Identify channel deviations from plans or strategic shifts that materially impact business strategy and decision making
What you bring to the table
Strong cross-functional management and partnering skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple projects independently
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
5-7 years of related work experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills
Experience with category analytics, joint business planning, or equivalent

Experience managing others
