The MENTOR Network Growth and Strategy Director _ 3236 in Foxborough, Massachusetts

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a partner of The MENTOR Network, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

We are seeking an experienced leader for the exciting new role of Director, Growth and Strategy. This role will work with the leadership team to identify and launch initiatives to drive growth. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Work in collaboration with the operating group and corporate leadership to identify and execute on new product launches and new market entries.

  • Ability to draft and present the new opportunities in a clear and concise manner internally and externally. Constantly apply an appreciation and understanding of the culture, core capabilities and businesses of The MENTOR Network.

  • Lead the implementation of the growth initiative, managing resources and achieving milestones in order to execute in a timely manner

  • Manage fiscal responsibility of the project adhering to budgets and achieving financial expectations.

  • Articulate the value proposition of the growth initiative externally as a means of securing partners when necessary.

  • Work collaboratively inside the operating group across disciplines in order to get buy in and assistance to successfully execute on the growth initiative.

  • Possess an entrepreneurial type mindset, creative in thought and driven to succeed.

  • Assist with recruiting and developing additional resources when needed

  • Effectively engage and structure consulting engagements as needed to efficiently supplement the work and subject matter expertise of internal resources.

  • Regularly reviews progress to determine how we can continuously improve

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required; MBA or Masters in related discipline preferred.

  • 7+ years’ experience developing and managing growth initiatives or service line development or related experience, with at least 3 in developing and managing growth initiatives

  • Experience leading strategic analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.

  • Demonstrated history of achieving results.

  • Demonstrated ability of challenging conventions and bringing fresh ideas forward by listening to and working with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker, balanced with ability to “roll up sleeves”; strong quantitative and analytical skills; utilizes data to support recommendations and initiatives.

  • Team player and willing to accept and apply feedback.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage outside resources to deliver meaningful results, on-time and on-budget.

  • Embraces the mission of the organization while having the ability to focus on business results.

  • Strong personal communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across a broad range of disciplines, functions, and interests across the organization.

  • Demonstrated business management skills that have led to developing strategies and programs that drive real, measurable results.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and lead others through change in a fast-paced environment.
