What do you get to do in this position?__

Major Missions:

  • Maximize the Profitability and the Market Share of the product range(s)

  • Management and optimization of the offer range

  • Fully responsible of product launches within the GLOBAL market

  • Defines, proposes and implements all necessary commercial action plans to boost the offers

  • Influences the sales force in order to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved

  • Offer Definition & Specifications, Roadmap development

  • _ _Proactively solicit voice of customer in GLOBAL markets to ensure needs are met

  • Define, develop and document business requirements to ensure clients’ needs are captured and delivered by R&D;

  • Monitor trends and emerging concepts and technologies

  • Interface with multiple internal and external teams, globally, to expand and strengthen the offer.

  • Identify and Qualify offer gaps

  • Master THE GLOBAL market for the Process Flow product range(s) and perform market research

  • Measures and analyses his/her offer range (PAM, market share, market growth etc.)

  • Monitors competitors for their offer range and analyzes their offer positioning at country level (strategy, marketing mix, price policy etc.) Proposes relevant counter actions.

  • RESPONSIBLITY FOR the Pricing Policy of respective product range(s)

  • Defines offer price list

  • Elaborates the offer pricing strategy, monitors its implementation, controls globally the results and define the relevant policies and tactics

  • Competitive price management (window, shadow, blind / know prices of competitor’s runners.)

  • Achievement of yearly target of DeltaP/GM%

  • Visibility and Promotion of the managed product range(s)

  • Be known inside the company as the business driver for his/her product range

  • Develop marketing collaterals to promote the product ranges: offer presentations, leaflets, catalogues, sales memo, success stories, articles for external and internal editions etc.

  • Animate sales teams for related products by providing full information on competitive advantages, value proposition, etc.

  • Participate in SE events: forums, seminars, customer days, etc.

  • Ensure that all relevant internal actors as well as relevant partners/customers are properly trained concerning the managed offer ranges

Coordinate product trainings and present product portfolio to customer and sales personnel

This job might be for you if:

Qualifications & Experience

Engineering graduate (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) with experience in Offer/Product Management, Marketing or Business Development. MBA a plus.

Overall minimum 5-years of professional experience in Process Flow Instrumentation with a focus on marketing, product management, business development and similar techno-commercial roles.

International work experience and flexibility to work with global teams in various time zones, including domestic and international travel. Travel may be up to 25%. _ _

Knowledge & Skills

● Knowledge of customer application needs and challenges in Process Flow applications ● Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills. ● Ability to work in dynamic international environment and manage through influence. ● Handle multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment. ● Ability to analyze data, draw conclusion and work with multiple stakeholders to drive the agenda. ● Comfortable and effective in making presentations in front of large groups of people and senior management. ● Must be able to learn and be comfortable in working in a process driven environment. ● Strong team player who demonstrates leadership and achieves results. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
