Restaurant Depot Director of E-Commerce in Everett, Massachusetts
Overview:
Restaurant Depot is a foodservice wholesaler that operates 149 warehouses across the country. It has operated for over 40 years with the goal of providing “Savings, Selection & Service – 7 Days a Week!” While Restaurant Depot is primarily a cash & carry business, ecommerce is a small but growing part of the business. Customers can order equipment and supplies online and have them delivered directly to their business. The ecommerce team handles the full customer experience, including updating website items and prices, marketing to customers, taking customer orders and providing customer support. We are looking for an experienced website professional to increase conversions and improve customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Accelerate revenue growth through profitable methods
Manage the website team
Manage external website developers on a day-to-day basis
Identify ways to improve the website customer experience
Develop website KPIs and reporting
Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering results
Experience managing a team
Analytical, data-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Willingness to dig into the details, especially on customer service issues
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
· Ecommerce experience, ideally including 5+ years on Magento platform
