Reports to: Marketing Manager The Marketing Associate for Riverview School is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategies to position the School as a foremost leader in the field of special education. The M.A. does this by communicating the School's mission, goals of the admissions and advancement departments, developing community partnerships, and increasing School recognition. Responsibilities: Ensures consistent branding across all messaging and materials Works with ?marketing ambassadors? in each department to systematize a flow of marketable information within the community for both internal and external audiences Writes and designs marketing materials for admissions, fundraising and hiring, including social media, photos and video. Nurtures relationships with media, community leaders, vendors, faculty, students and parents. Represents Riverview in the community as a brand ambassador. Pursues and responds to public relations opportunities, including TV, radio, online and print Manages mobile-compatible, search-engine optimized website, as well as all social media platforms ? Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, Vimeo, YouTube. Develop resource list to help manage and create marketing assets cost effectively (i.e. photographer, videographer, designer). Prioritize and manage marketing budget effectively based on needs and goals. Create engaging social media content and regularly post on social media. Know (willing to learn) Riverview programs deeply and intuitively. Skills Required of Marketing Associate: Social-media skills are a top priority An eager and energetic person who is willing to grow into the position and, in time, lead the campus-wide marketing efforts.
