As a member of the Cartamundi East Longmeadow Management Team, the Director Commercial Services' Board & Card Games North America will be responsible for leading the sales and account management team in the development and execution of the present and future marketing and sales strategy for Board and Card Games, driving revenue and profitable growth to the Cartamundi East Longmeadow operations. The Director, Commercial Services ? Board & Card Games North America will interface internally with various teams including the East Longmeadow Management Team, international Marketing and Sales teams to ensure customer and channel alignment, Operations and Administrative Leaders across all North American locations, and the Global management teams. The Director, Commercial Services - Board & Card Games North America will interface externally with customers (both existing and future/prospects), channel industry experts, and innovation leaders in order to fully understand future markets. We're looking for a Director Commercial Services with: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or other related technical degree from a regionally accredited college or university; MBA preferred Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive sales, account management, and/or business development leadership roles with proven results in the delivery of strategic marketing plans and executing aggressive sales targets of $100M - $300M annually in a manufacturing company Prior supervisory experience with direct oversight and professional development of internal and external sales/account management/business development staff required Demonstrated excellence implementing best practices in the business development and sales management process required Exceptional negotiation skills required Demonstrated strong understanding of sales contracts and deliverables required Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business expectations while exhibiting the highest business ethics at all times Strong business acumen Demonstrated tech savvy and experience with one or more Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or Software as a Service (SaaS) required Minimum of Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Experience with SAP preferred Experience/business connections in the playing cards, board game, or packaging industries preferred International sales experience preferred Strong team focus with proven ability to build, coach, and inspire teams to meet or exceed expectations highly preferred Exhibits high level of respect for today's market Customer-centric in the pursuit of customer service excellence across all market channels. Demonstrated fiscal responsibility with company and customer assets, exhibiting, fostering, and ensuring an atmosphere of accountability Business minded with a focus on the big picture Balanced/flexible - able to manage both short- and long-term priorities for self and team.
