The role of the Digital Sales Product Manager for the Consumer and Business Banking Digital team is responsible for developing a differentiated, world class, online sales experience. This position will be responsible for the digital sales strategy for home lending and business banking applications, working closely with internal and external partners on planning and executing against aggressive plans to develop and drive new product capabilities. This candidate will be responsible for the development of the digital user experience and design practice for the Digital Banking Channel including Online Sales for Mortgage and Business Banking. The candidate will need to have:
A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles and experience, including persona development and journey-mapping.
Digital product management experience, ideally in an agile environment.
The ability to lead, coach, inspire, influence and motivate a cross-functional team of partners, including leadership, to create and deliver truly remarkable, influential and impactful work.
Working knowledge and understanding of banking and the related legal, compliance and risk environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with business line partners to develop the digital strategy for the home lending and business banking sales applications, including product vision, business value, and customer journey.
Contribute to project requirements gathering and definition through consultation with subject matter experts.
Managing feature prioritization for sales applications to focus on ongoing continuous improvement.
Collaborating with internal and external digital partners on a regular basis.
Participating in business case development, writing, and delivery as well as ROI-projections.
Researching, analyzing, and executing tactics and strategies to increase online application start and completion rates.
Partnering with Digital Marketing to drive online sales demand and developing a seamless transition from research and consideration to application starts, supporting digital promotion and cross-sell strategies.
Developing and maintaining online sales plans/forecasts, breakeven analysis, and channel performance metrics.
Managing online, A/B and Multivariate testing and optimization in online sales and applications.
Providing creative evaluation and adherence to brand standards/style guide maintenance.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
12-15 years’ experience in managing projects from scope/ideation through implementation, working across multiple constituents to deliver on time and with quality.
At least 5 years of experience in a role involving similar skills, preferably in a regulated environment (not essential).
Professional experience with digital business environments and consumer technology products strongly preferred.
Solid analytical, critical and creative problem solving skills with an understanding of how to utilize electronic delivery channels to meet business goals.
Must be able to manage multiple products and projects with the capacity to work with and influence cross-functional areas, including other lines of business, technology and operations with conflicting priorities.
Experience in leveraging data, research, and experience to influence strategic roadmap and develop business cases.
Anticipates the impact of change and creates an environment where change can be initiated with minimal disruptions and negative impact.
