POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Manager will be responsible for the business case, product requirements, go to market plans and execution. You will lead thecommunication with sales and marketing stakeholders as well as manage vendors of distributed products. He/She will develop sales support materials to support the promotional programs you designed. Additionally the Product Manager will lead the direction of all channels to promote the Fall Management and Speech product portfolios, including sales teams, catalog, web and direct mail to drive business growth.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive achievement of annual revenue and margin goals

  • Improve brand awareness, identity, and customer engagement

  • Develop and execute onstrategic marketingplans and promotional programs

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, competitive dynamics & sales trends

  • Drive new business opportunities across all channels

  • Define market entry strategy for new products

  • Develop product pricing strategies

  • Coordinate, inspire, train and drive a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Sales or Marketing, MBA desirable

  • 2-5 years product marketing experience in distribution to B2B markets or medical device strongly preferred

  • Experience creating & executing integrated cross team and channel marketing plans required (Field sales, ecommerce, catalog sales, inside sales)

  • Understanding of the US Healthcare market and familiarity with contracting and pricing preferred

  • Ability to analyze market and sales data to develop strategies which produce results and meet revenue and margin goals

  • Ability to multi-task with strong project management skills and deal with ambiguity

  • Enthusiastic, positive and humble

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft office suite of products

  • Strong level of independence and efficiency

  • Highly results-oriented, willing to take the initiative and looking for leadership opportunities

  • Passionate, customer-champion
