Job Title: Labor Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Foreman for multiple projects between Nashua, NH and Danvers, MA. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction experience, specifically in site work and environmental remediation, and will demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide general site management and leadership for all onsite craft personnel.

• Maintain and demonstrate core values of health and safety at all times.

• Read and interpret plans and construction drawings.

• Utilize GPS equipment (if applicable).

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain OSHA 10 Hour certification.

• Coordinate site activities and ensure project milestones are met.

• Possess and maintain a valid MA hoisting license with 1C/2A designation (preferred).

• Travel within New England as needed.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of construction experience.

• 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role in the construction field.

• Experience in site work and/or environmental remediation.

• OSHA 10 Hour certification.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.

• Strong leadership mentality.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience utilizing GPS equipment.

• Possession of a valid MA hoisting license with 1C/2A designation.

• 40 Hour HAZWOPER training.

• Ability to travel within New England.

Work Environment

Work on large commercial construction projects in the environmental field. The role involves physical activity, including lifting over 50 lbs, working aloft, climbing ladders, and enduring various weather conditions. Long hours on your feet and working in tight quarters may be required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
