Within the Digital team, our team is building out and implementing leading-edge capabilities to develop real-time decisioning using big-data technologies and advanced machine learning (AI) tools and algorithms fueled by 360 customer data. This is a rare opportunity for strong digital product owners who have experience with healthcare customer hubs and a real passion for what machine learning can unlock in health and wellness to build out capabilities which will be used at a massive scale.

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Health Personalization. This work will entail both strategy & deep technical product management. You will be supporting vision & business case definitions for major programs, laying out the strategy and technology roadmap, leading high-quality product builds/executions, and working with the business to drive value.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the definition of the vision and roadmap to advance CVS’s personalization efforts centered on continuous advancements to our customer segmentation and message orchestration

  • Own technology product management of technology systems and processes

  • Work closely with IT, Analytics and functional teams to design, implement, and operationalize personalization technology infrastructure and platform strategy to improve existing operations

  • Support business process transformation/change management and implementation efforts

  • Partner with IT leadership to successfully manage and develop relationships with our technology providers and vendor partners

  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality while supporting aggressive roadmaps for business systems and process transformations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development or management within a digital setting, (ideally using agile development methods) and/or health care capacity.

5+ plus years of experience utilizing analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate up assumptions and recommendations.

5+ years of experience in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a lead, project or program management capacity which includes including managing multiple projects in various phases, and balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution tasks while communicating a sound plan.
