Tripleseat Growth Marketing Manager in Concord, Massachusetts

We are searching for a strategic Growth Marketing Manager who can develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire and nurture leads through the funnel to meet and exceed growth goals. You will oversee the development and tracking of e-mail campaigns, landing pages, and creative assets across channels in collaboration with the entire marketing team. A successful candidate will have experience in growth and customer acquisition marketing and ABM experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company. You are both creative and analytical. You understand the customer journey and are hungry to grow the business. You will work hand-in-hand with our Director of Growth Marketing and the Growth Marketing team.

This position is will be based in either our Concord, MA or Portsmouth, NH office. We do have flexible work from home options.

What you will do:

  • Lead account/contact research and data mining efforts in partnership with the BDR/SDR teams to create a data-driven outreach strategy that tests hypotheses and fuels 1:1 or 1 to few outreach experiments, resulting in responses from our target buyers.

  • Develop strategies to acquire and nurture leads that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent across channels, including email, webinars, account-based advertising, and events.

  • Create personalized landing pages, image assets, content, etc., to reach various target accounts.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across product marketing, digital, content marketing, events management, and communications to ensure alignment and cohesive marketing campaigns.

  • Optimize the buyer’s journey from evaluation to conversion, ensuring best-in-class experiences. Uncover what motivates various personas to evaluate and purchase across their lifecycle, guided by data-driven insights.

  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.

  • Own and manage the execution of demand generation email communications from ideation, and creation, to the distribution of content to audience segments.

  • Develop and manage numerous automated email flows, sending targeted emails, including drips and nurtures, and analyzing email performance data to determine success and areas for optimization.

  • Conduct ongoing A/B optimization tests of all areas of the email program (subject lines, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.) and communicate the results of these tests through regular reporting.

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of ABM campaigns, in partnership with the Director of Growth Marketing and other team members.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of email marketing and ABM campaign experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS environment

  • A right and left-brained thinker, you’re as comfortable with a technical piece of content as you are with creative brand work

  • Experience in a content-heavy role; playing a hands-on role in managing email campaigns

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can jump in, quickly figure things out, roll up your sleeves, and actively push the boundaries

  • Experience working with MarTech solutions, preferably with Marketo, Salesforce, Terminus, and Drift

  • Proven understanding of account-based marketing strategy and the marketing funnel

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills

  • Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail
