We are seeking a talented individual for a Sr. Director, Product Marketing who is responsible for understanding and executing the company’s marketing agenda—including business, market, and product strategies—to achieve defined goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market planning and cross-functional implementation for existing and new products or releases, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing

  • Define target customers, use cases and geographies for the Total Population Management product suite

  • Formulate effective positioning and messaging for target customers

  • Drive sales enablement activities including (presentations, case-studies, whitepapers etc.)

  • Align sales strategy with demand generation activities

  • Play an active role in implementing the company’s thought leadership program, including identifying speaking opportunities and topics; developing external blog posts, execute webinars, create whitepapers, etc. Hire and manage external agencies/contributors as appropriate

  • Develop/maintain systems and metrics that measure, track, and manage marketing and sales effectiveness. Report monthly on metrics using sales automation application Continually enhance ability to track marketing activity effectiveness.

  • Lead the company’s tradeshow/conference agenda, including identification of venues, creative, staffing, and all logistics

  • Responsible for development and management of marketing content across channels, including company websites and other marketing vehicles

  • Develop and implement company’s social media agenda

  • Support the company’s public relations and digital communications strategies with product-related content, facilitating access to customer testimonials and providing subject matter expertise for PR and digital agencies

  • Work with sales, account management, and proposal development teams to ensure consistency and quality in external communications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 10 years product marketing experience

  • 5 years healthcare industry experience

  • 5 years managing professional level staff

  • Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Ability to develop relationships both in person and remotelyAbility to present creative approaches to marketing and business challenges

  • Ability to effectively manage and challenge employees

  • Ability to negotiate

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

  • Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment

  • Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)

  • Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals

  • May be required to work extended hours for special business needs

  • May be required to travel up to 10% of time based on business needs

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Related Work Experience:

  • 12 years in marketing strategy planning and development

  • Experience in working collaboratively in a matrix environment, and engaging across interdependent agendas (strategic planning, product development, marketing, sales)

  • Experience working with external marketing and public relations agencies.

  • Experience in marketing strategy development and planning

  • Experience in marketing and advertising campaign development

  • Significant experience in Thought Leadership Development

  • Experience with customer centric and opportunity centric marketing

  • Experience in B2B and B2G (Government) marketing
