As a Product Engineer, you\'ll play a key role in designing, scaling, and launching cutting-edge golf ball programs across our global manufacturing sites. Your mission: to ensure our new golf products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams; including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing to bring new ideas to life. From refining designs for manufacturability to overseeing pilot runs, analyzing data, and optimizing processes, you\'ll be at the forefront of innovation. You\'ll also work closely with suppliers, set quality standards, validate processes, and ensure smooth production launches. Beyond new product development, you\'ll contribute to strategic initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and the deeper understanding of golf ball construction, materials, and performance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable) Work may be performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment. Work may also be performed in a manufacturing environment. Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software. Occasionally required to lift and/or carry up to fifty pounds, regularly lift and/or carry up to twenty pounds and perform moderately demanding physical tasks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
