US Tech Solutions Technical Customer Support Representative in canton, Massachusetts

Overview:

We are seeking an IS Customer Support Specialist to provide IT support services via call center, email, and ServiceNow for end users. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and customer service while ensuring adherence to ITIL Incident Management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls, emails, and instant messages related to IT issues.

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve/route IT incidents and service requests.

  • Document all customer interactions in ServiceNow.

  • Provide on-call support as needed.

  • Process IT Global Event Notifications and support ITIL major incident/problem management.

  • Participate in department meetings and documentation updates.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of technical customer support experience (preferably in a call center).

  • Understanding of ITIL Service Desk operations and incident management.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and Network Troubleshooting.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
