Inspire Brands Director, IMC in Canton, Massachusetts

The Director, Integrated Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading the Integrated Marketing Communications strategy that aligns with the Brand’s fiscal plan, revenue goals, and KPIs. They will develop the strategy and manage execution of organic social media including social listening and community management. They will work with cross functional teams to define the messaging strategy, communications strategy, and creative assets needed to reach target audiences across channels. They will partner with agencies to manage and execute large scale production creative briefings and develop assets.


  • Lead and inspire a high-performing internal team that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

  • Provide brand stewardship for the organization: promote consistent execution of brand personality, creative tonality and brand guidelines internally and among the agency ecosystem.

  • Support KPI tracking and ensure creative performance is monitored and continually improved based on learning agenda.

  • Deliver best in class communications by driving collaboration and efficiency across internal constituencies and external agencies.

  • Lead all aspects of creative development including briefing, concept selection/refinement, production, final delivery. Directly responsible for linear/digital video, audio, outdoor, paid social, partnerships/sponsorships.

  • Oversee (external) Integrated Agency Team with primary focus on the lead creative AOR. Manage agency relationships, prioritize agency resources, lead SOW allocations and reconciliation.


  • 4 Year Degree in marketing or business related program

  • 15+years of creative/brand experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, managing people and processes


  • Foundation in integrated marketing and multi-media channel marketing including a deep understanding of social media channels

  • Critical eye for world class creative strategy and campaign development

  • Ability to collaborate with agencies to develop and communicate brand messages that engage consumers

  • Ability to manage campaigns from concept to completion including briefing and execution in collaborate with agencies

  • Thrives in an environment where multiple projects are managed to on-time delivery

  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write concisely and effectively, adapting messages to a range of audiences

  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial leader who performs in a lean, fast-paced environment

  • Thrives in collaborative, matrixed, and cross-functional organization with strong ability to influence

  • Ability to develop and mentor others

  • Advertising production experience
