DXL Group Digital Graphic Designer in Canton, Massachusetts

GENERAL SUMMARY: This creative professional will work collaboratively within a talented and motivated team, supporting the creation of engaging, interactive digital design. This individual will focus on all aspects of digital design and will take projects from campaign concept through to design, seeking to find compelling, innovative and best in class digital experiences.


  • Works with Art Directors & Marketing Leads to ensure on-brand execution and on-time deliverables

  • Designs and creates content for seasonal campaigns including email, video, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, and more...

  • Maintains consistency in digital marketing while following brand guidelines

  • Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts

  • Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first)

  • Provide design support to other creative team members to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.


  • 4+ years of digital design experience, with an emphasis on emails and social media marketing strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Basic knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design

  • Skills in WorkFront, Sketch & Zeplin

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Bachelor's Degree required


  • A thoughtfully presented portfolio, showing the ability to think conceptually and strategically is required

  • Highly Creative. Out of the box thinking / brainstorming -- willingness to push the envelope

  • Mastery of basic design principals such as typography, composition, scale, etc..

  • Strong competency with photo manipulation, along with retouching and color adjusting knowledge

  • Experience in animation

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to learn quickly and develop new skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, image optimization and cross-browser compatibility

  • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems

  • Must obsess over the customer experience and the brand consistency

  • Ability to mentor and grow team's knowledge of best practices, trends, etc.

  • A cool head under pressure and the ability to manage multiple deadlines on various projects at a time

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

  • Creative Copy Writing/SEO Knowledge

  • Illustration background

  • Video editing experience
