Inspire Brands Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Products Group-Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins in Canton, Massachusetts
The Retail Business Development Team licenses the Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins brands to CPG and service companies, to bring them to consumers beyond our traditional restaurants. The goal of the team is to generate revenue and build brand loyalty by making our brands widely available where, when and in the forms consumers desire.
• This team member position is a key point of contact between retail licensed partners and DBI/Dunkin’.
• This position assists in the development and execution of marketing programs that are strategically aligned to drive Dunkin’ businesses in both CPG and restaurant environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for management of external retail licensed partners with product line sales between approx. $5M and $30M
Collaboration with licensees to deliver yearly plans and objectives
Build marketing and product launch plans
Identify new products and avenues for growth
Coordinates monthly, quarterly and yearly financial forecasts and targets
Present brand plans, marketing activity and guidelines to retail license partner management
Train retail license partner sales and management teams on brand categories
Track progress against plans and work with retail licensees to align on activities and actions to achieve goals
Collaborate with licensed partners and brand teams in development of new product innovation and launch activities
Utilize consumer, market and industry data to make informed decisions about potential growth areas
Assist managers with management of larger license partners
Manage day to day activity, creative development and execution for a variety of marketing programs that will drive restaurant traffic and channel sales , attract new consumers, and incent purchase
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and/or other CPG business teams to drive cross-channel or product-focused events
Measure and analyze program results to assess business impact and opportunities for improvement
Track monthly revenue and spending
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; additional education (MBA) a plus
5+ years of consumer marketing or brand management experience
Demonstrated track record of executing business-driven programs
Previous experience working within a franchised system a plus
Consumer Products experience a plus

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Position situated in Canton, MA headquarters
Standard office environment
Occasional travel to markets or partners offices (10%)
