The Director of Business Programs is responsible for the orchestrating strategic sales pursuits and programs and driving sales with the field. This role will drive the landing and execution of key sales programs, integration into the specific priority solution sales motions, and on-going management/support of several key Business Management processes. Change field and Sales Management behaviors to achieve key revenue metrics & scorecard targets through direct engagement and enablement.
The Business Program Manager role is critical to the success of field execution in the following areas:
Prioritize and land strategic sales opportunities to exceed revenue targets with the Area Sales Leadership
Partner with Field Sales Leadership, MCS Solution Specialists, One Commercial Partner, and Sales Excellence teams to land Complex Solution sales motions at the Area/Subsidiary level with Services Sales teams
Partner closely with WW Delivery teams to prioritize, and drive programs/initiatives from a field execution perspective, to exceed fiscal revenue and scorecard targets.
Provide business insight with high-level of influence across non-direct reporting teams.
Revenue Attainment - Drive revenue for WW Services Sales;responsible for revenue for specific sales program
Leverage his/her deep understanding of MCS Sales, derived from experience, data, and market dynamics, to drive the relationship between offerings and sales motions to exceed revenue and scorecard targets
Leverage resources and programs from other parts of WW MCS, Worldwide Commercial Business, etc. to support and drive pipeline creation, sales velocity and improvement of win rates
Capture input, feedback and best practices from field stakeholders within MCS Sales.
Drive awareness and re-use with other teams in WW Services organization and across the Sales stakeholders
7+ years experience in sales or consulting services with expertise in selling complex industry-focused enterprise solutions.
Industry knowledge including industry trends, sector requirements & competitors
Deep understanding of field sales and how to execute processes for enabling our field sellers and increasing capabilities.
Strong change management skills to drive transformation and incubation/growth programs
Demonstrable practical experience in value selling. Understanding of the unique requirements Services brings to business management either from a Services Solution Sales background or a Services Delivery background is preferred.
Candidate must have the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management, with the capability to guide, educate, and influence the thinking of senior decision makers.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Proven success in collaborating across boundaries, driving toward a common goal and impacting and influencing others is a must
