As the Modern Work WW sales leader, you will be the corporate lead for an effective and right execution of the MW business. You will work across our MW field leadership, Time zone teams, business architect teams and other stakeholders to accelerate growth for the Modern Work business, with focus on specific strategic areas including collaboration, employee experience, business intelligence business intelligence and end user process automation (Power Platform) and Frontline worker. This role will have a sales operations lead reporting into them.

Sales Excellence

  • Runsa tightand effectiveworldwiderhythm for the Modern Work business. This includes running theareamonthly and quarterly business reviewrhythm andengagingonpipeline health and deal status for strategic opportunities and big bets categories.

  • Participates in strategic planning and correction of error plans for areas as needed. Review plans via Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings andalignthe plans of their team across departments.

  • Ensuresappropriate qualifiedpipeline is in place to achieve budget targets,identifyingblockers toattainment, and driving resolution with core stakeholders.

Voice of the Customer/Field

  • Responsible foridentifyingsystemic issuesimpactingour sales execution with customers andpartners andrepresentingthese back to corporate stakeholders to drive required changes and drive success.

Sales Guidance

  • Executessales strategies and best practices to drive wins for each of the Modern Work strategic growth areas and land sales guidance.Identifiessales patterns and opportunities to replicate worldwide to accelerate business growth.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e.,MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

  • 10+ years of services sales or account management experience.

  • 5+ years of people management experience.

  • 2+ years of manager of managers experience.

  • Deep experience and understanding of running a sales businessrhythm

  • Modern collaboration, productivity,security,and compliancesolutions and how they translate into businessimpact

  • Competitors and related ecosystem

  • Excels at developing strong relationships and leadership connections to understand customerneeds

  • Adept at challenging perspectives withnew ideasthat reframes thinking about deriving value from Microsoft solutions.

  • Very strongpresentation and communication skills
