Sr Product Manager, TAKHZYRO

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the TAKHZYRO launch & marketing lead to ensure marketing plans align with the overall brand strategy

  • Develops and leads key components of the brand planning and tactical execution focused on patients

  • Leads brand planning and tactical planning for TAKHZYRO

  • Leads marketing planning for the launch of the new administration device

  • Leads content development for patient advisory boards and updates to the HCP to patients slide deck.

  • Collaborate effectively with medical, regulatory and legal reviewers in CMLR to ensure all developed tactics are aligned with Shire standards

  • Collaborate effectively with the HAE in line team to ensure a synergistic approach

  • Act as day-to-day lead in the implementation of promotional materials, messaging, and programming

  • Act as Shire lead in project management with marketing agency partners

  • Manages assigned budget

  • Attends professional/ patient conferences and advisory boards (2-3 times/year)

  • Supports/leads other activities for a successful execution of internal and field based initiatives

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science and / or business and minimum of 4 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience required. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the US market (required)

  • Launch experience (required)

  • Rare/Orphan disease marketing experience is desired (advantage)

  • Agency management experience (briefing/execution/budgetary oversight) required

  • Day-to-day decisions regarding tactical execution of brand are expected

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in which input will be needed to make strategic decisions

  • Ability to travel 25%, including some weekends
