Meet Our Team:
Pega’s Partner Marketing team is focused on delivering repeatable, scalable co-marketing and market-to programs supporting our ecosystem partners through digital engagement, joint events, and pipeline generation activities across the globe. This includes co-development of content, events and activations that align with Pega’s go-to-market strategy and support awareness and demand generation for Pega-based solutions and services.

Do you see yourself building joint marketing plans to support Pega’s growing business with key partners across industry verticals? The Sr. Specialist, Vertical Partner Marketing will manage a portfolio of 3-5 partners and will be responsible for planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive visibility for the partnership and Pega-based solution offerings.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Manage relationships and create joint marketing plans with 3-5 strategic go-to-market partners aligned to key industry verticals
Collaborate with partners and agency resources to develop and execute marketing activities and campaigns that support overall partnership strategy, driving visibility with/to partner organizations and demand for joint solution offerings
Create repeatable campaigns and programs that enable accelerated execution in local geographies by regional partner marketing resources.
Leverage and align with partners’ marketing programs drive mindshare around Pega and the partnership
Assess effectiveness of integrated marketing plans and campaigns and report on results to key stakeholders
Who You Are:
You excel at working with a diverse set of stakeholders, internally and externally, and leading a group to consensus on a plan and set of mix of tactics that will enable partners to effectively deliver demand generation programs. You are energized by building new process and structure from the ground up. You can test and learn, while also delivering measurable results. You have experience working in the channel and understand how to build impactful co-marketing programs. You are an excellent multi-tasker, able to juggle priorities and appropriately manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
What You've Accomplished:
4+ years Partner marketing/Field marketing experience.
Experience with industry solution and/or services marketing
Proven experience increasing partner activation and partner engagement
Proven experience generating pipeline by designing and executing successful partner co-marketing programs
Experience working with agencies to deliver partner marketing programs
Ability to navigate a complex org structure to build consensus around ideas and plans
Proven ability to operate in a high growth environment, used to dealing with ambiguity and experienced at navigating and succeeding in a rapidly evolving business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making
