Senior Product Manager, KAYAK Software Corporation (Cambridge, MA): The Senior Product Manager will support the team in understanding and translating our travelers? needs into smart, tailored and seamless experiences that our users love. Will understand consumer behavior and enjoy working with people across the organization to prioritize opportunities and projects. Will help KAYAK be the smartest travel partner by identifying and addressing known gaps in functionality and content offerings. Will establish and prioritize user problems and feature specifications. Will promote the ideation, design and implementation of product enhancements that solve our users? problems in meaningful ways, weighing impact against business goals and technical feasibility. Will own the Customer Onboarding experience and roadmap for across all platforms, including web, mweb and mobile apps. Will become a search and booking funnel expert, covering the entire funnel from search to conversion. Will keep the team informed and aligned, as product and project manager, communicating across departments (product, design, engineering, commercial, marketing, PR, customer support) and with the Executive/Leadership team. Will measure the success of product changes and pursue relevant metrics and opportunities our data, user research and A/B experiment results might reveal. Will work with customer support and UX to collect feedback from and respond to users. Will monitor competitive landscape and stay informed about both travel and ecommerce spaces, and our latest capabilities across multiple platforms. Telecommuting from within the U.S. allowed. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Integrated Design or a closely related field. Special Requirements: Must have any level of demonstrated knowledge of: 1) Agile product delivery frameworks 2) Experiment design and data analysis 3) Confluence, Jira, Fullstory, Figma.
