Shire Sr Product Manager - Digital Marketing in Cambridge, Massachusetts
TAKHZYRO is a first-of- its kind treatment for HAE, launched in August of 2018. TAKHZYRO is an injectable medicine indicated for prophylaxis to prevent HAE attacks in patients with HAE, 12 years of age or older. TAKHZYRO offers HAE patients the opportunity to significantly reduce or eliminate HAE symptoms with every 2 weeks subcutaneous dosing.
We are currently recruiting for a Sr. Product Manager to join our TAKHZYRO team.
The Sr. Product Manager, TAKHZYRO will be responsible for developing and leading key components of the digital brand planning and programs execution for HCP and Patients.
Work closely with the TAKHZYRO launch & marketing lead to ensure marketing plans align with the overall brand strategy
Lead the development and implementation of key digital marketing strategies and tactics to support brand awareness
Leads TAKHZYRO HCP and Patient CRM, Social Media Strategy and communications (Facebook, YouTube) and websites updates
Serves as the point of contact in the TAKHZYRO team to develop the TAKHZYRO conference sponsorship presence
Leads Internal communications efforts, including sales force excitement initiatives
Collaborate effectively with medical, regulatory and legal reviewers in CMLR to ensure all developed tactics are aligned with Shire standards
Collaborate effectively with the HAE in line team to ensure a synergistic approach
Act as day-to-day lead in the implementation of promotional materials, messaging, and programming
Act as Shire lead in project management with marketing agency partners
Manages assigned budget
Attends professional/ patient conferences and advisory boards (2-3 times/year)
Supports/leads other activities for a successful execution of internal and field based initiatives
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science and / or business and 4 years of commercial pharmaceutical (marketing, sales, marketing agency, and analytics) experience required. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years US marketing experience (required)
Launch experience (required)
Rare/Orphan disease marketing experience is desired (advantage)
Agency management experience (briefing/execution/budgetary oversight) required
