About the role – Sr Business Program Mgr, Planning Orchestration

You will play a critical role in building and executing the CE&S planning governance infrastructure to support long and short-term strategic initiatives. You will bring multiple planning workstream leads together to orchestrate the creation of CE&S annual and semester plans.


You will function as the PMO for the following priorities:

  • Orchestration of CE&S planning team meetings and agenda– Prioritize, align, assess, and define meeting agendas with key stakeholders and planning leaders to meet overall planning ROB timelines. Must understand include priorities and objectives. Align CE&S project level outcomes recognizing the needs of each workstream. Identify overlaps, gaps, and misalignment between workstreams.

  • Communication and status– Provide progress updates, action item status and final decision criteria to key stakeholders, leaders, and partner teams. Understand the project vision and timelines to ensure delivery happens in line with business requirements and manage communication within and across project teams proactively identify risks and mitigations. Manage schedules for collaborating with team members to track milestone deliverables and drive project management.

  • Change Management and Landing– Align planning workstreams towards deliverables to assist the CE&S change management and landing leads to create field ready materials on time and at high quality.

  • Partnership – Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between CE&S internal stakeholder teams and our partners. Create listening systems to ensure the right business challenges areidentified andaddressed. Strive for environment of continuous improvement, with active feedback loop with field and corporate stakeholders and active plan tracking with a focus on key improvements.


  • 8+ years related experiencein program management, project management, and/or business management within business planning, operations, and/or finance

  • Experience designing, building, and executing multiple programs simultaneously and atscalethrough ambiguity

  • Experience with change or release management, including communications & landing, in a large matrixed global environment with field organizations.

  • Strong oral and written communication,organization,and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work and build strong relationships with seniormanagersand peers

  • Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills

  • Strong self-motivation, highly adaptable, and a fierce advocate/influencer with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired businessoutcome

  • Problem-solving ability, especially in gathering data to drive decision making under stringent timelines

  • History of driving operational discipline as well asinnovation

Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for the Pacific Northwest. You can expect limited global travel, 0 – 10%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.
