In alignment with the company’s Industry Cloud mission & strategy, the Service Line Healthcare Leader is responsible to work cross company, in a matrixed environment, to ensure Fortune 500 customer success.
Global Go to Market development
Global Sales approach, landing & execution while driving customer engagement.
Global Solution Delivery & escalation management
Full financial and scorecard responsibility for a professional services business
Managing a global matrixed team comprised of direct reports and virtual members.
Experience Required: Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
10+ years Global Professional Services Healthcare sales & delivery experience
Industry expertise in most of the following: Payor, Provider, Pharmaceuticals, EMS Systems, FIRE & HL7 Standards
Business development experience with Fortune 500 enterprises
Extensive people leadership experience; inspiring and fostering a culture of customer centricity, attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry.
Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the United States. You can expect limited global travel, ranging between 0 – 25%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.
