Senior Upstream Product Manager, Capnography

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be joining the highly successful Hospital Patient Monitoring business (global market leader) that is at the heart of Connected Care at Philips. Your role:

  • Will focus to develop, own and execute the end-2-end portfolio strategy and product roadmap for the Respironics Capnography business (devices, software applications, services, accessories and consumables) to sustain the existing portfolio and to drive innovation in close cooperation with global OEM customers, their hospitals customers and patients and relevant stakeholders.

  • Is to collect and analyze information on voice of customer (VOC), deep understanding of their needs and the fit of our portfolio in their full offering, get insights from KOLs and competitive product offerings, including trends, features, benefits, pricing, regulatory, clinical and marketing.

  • Leads a cross-functional team for the value proposition creation development, cooperate with research & development and preparation for new product launch.

You're the right fit if:

  • 7+ years’ experience in upstream marketing and value proposition creation.

  • Your skills include knowledge of regulated medical products industry and project management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field with MBA or master’s degree preferable.

  • Be an expert at generating deep customer and market insights, unique value proposition creation and successful product launches in the MedTech industry.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
