Philips Senior Manager, Web Strategy- Health Systems (Cambridge, MA) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The North America Senior Web Strategy Manager is responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and programs needed to support North America audience needs on our Philips owned platforms. These include our website, our Philips Customer Communities, Portals, and our CRM acquisition & engagement programs. To develop and execute on the plan, the Senior Web Strategy Manager will closely partner with the Central Platform Experience & Conversion team and Owned Properties Managers Centrally and in the North America Market Digital Hub Team. This role will own understanding the needs of our Health System audiences on our owned platforms and translating that into a strategy and plan to provide a relevant and personalized experience to drive increased customer satisfaction online.

You are responsible for

  • Develop the strategy, roadmap, and programs needed to support our audiences online on our owned platforms, partnering closely with Central and local market teams for alignment and support of execution

  • Improving the performance and experience by supporting the development of all Philips Heath Systems .Com pages (desktop & mobile) and dedicated content in alignment with Business Cluster engagement strategy and the Central Platform Experience & Conversion team

  • Partner with Businesses to ensure owned platforms content is meeting needs of the local market audiences and provide feedback and recommendations to design and content teams based on user insights

  • Coordinate deployment of (new) CRM campaigns & landing page(s) collaborating with functions across the organization

  • Work with analytics team to actively monitor & report on the performance of the owned properties

  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to drive higher value and impact of activities on owned properties

  • Engage teams to develop and launch pilot programs to uncover new opportunities to unlock growth

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing or similar

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.

  • Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus

  • Digital marketing experience a must, including experience directly managing the customer experience on the web and on associated properties

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Content best practices, and Web Conversion Optimization required

  • Ability to successfully manage projects across functions and geographies across a complex set of stakeholders

  • Understanding of how to gather insights from program performance data and develop recommendations to drive measurable improvement in results

  • Experience drawing on market and audience insights to structure pilot programs to test and uncover new growth opportunities

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget

  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude
