Philips Senior Manager, New Product Introductions in Cambridge, Massachusetts

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Launch new products and solutions in the North America Market partnering with Business Marketing and Product Managers to bring innovation to our customers. The New Product Introductions (NPI) Manager leads multiple projects, works across Philips businesses and leads cross functional teams to ensure overall Market readiness before launch.

You are responsible for

  • Driving the launch of new products, ensuring Market Readiness across multiple disciplines, and championing the customer experience.

  • Managing multiple new product introduction projects across the Health Systems business following the Product Development Launch and Maintenance (PDLM) process.

  • Creating and leading North American cross functional readiness teams for each NPI project.

  • Driving the preparation of Marketing, Sales Enablement & Training, Commercial Operations, Service & Solution Delivery, Clinical Services, Quality and other key teams in the Market to ensure overall readiness before launch.

  • Managing local launch deliverables and readiness checklists, tracking action items while driving deadlines and accountability.

  • Communicating to stakeholders on project progress and escalations

  • Being a launch ambassador. Providing training to Business Marketing Managers and NA Cross Functional team members on their responsibilities within the PDLM (launch) process.

You are a part of

Our North America marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of New Product/New Service Introduction and Solution Activation. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years in marketing program execution and project management

  • Experience in launching products and solutions within healthcare or medical technology.

  • Proven track record leading virtual cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Skilled at influencing colleagues at varying levels of authority across a matrixed organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, aptitude for detail and an appreciation for process.

  • Persistent information seeker with high degree of initiative and problem solving
