Join our Global Channel Marketing Program team!
The team collaborates with sales professionals to drive growth through the channel. This role provides an opportunity to manage key areas of the global channel marketing program office. You will unify and execute a to-partner communication/ and event plan. You will collaborate with cross- functional partner teams, channel marketing leaders, and agencies to maximize partner awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

You will interface across teams to expand, recommend, and implement partner communicationplans. Collaborate with global marketing and campaign team to deliver partner ready, co-branded programs and platforms for channel partners. Paramount is partner program and communication support to create value in a consistent channel voice. Outstanding communication a must. Experience in partner communications, partner program development, execution, and results measurement is essential for success
As a Channel Marketing Manager Senior, you will be responsible for:
Driving consistent message and process to improve overall channel marketing execution globally
Refreshing and executing a partner communication strategy including a calendar of internal & external partner comms, social media, blogs, emails, and more.
Optimizing and enhancing partner communication vehicles like newsletter, webinars, program guides, and partner portal.
Managing 3rd party agency relationships to maximize performance of global communications plan execution.
Packaging and delivering campaigns that can be used by global partner marketing teams.
Tracking marketing metrics and utilization of channel marketing campaigns.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 12 years of relevant partner marketing experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent.
Have a track record of navigating relationships and growing results with both enterprise and SMB partners.
Have ability to be proactive when engaging with stakeholders, creating and executing programs, and attaining results.
Have familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems, like Marketo and Salesforce.com.
Have experience in a matrixed marketing environment with an emphasis on B2B technology.
