Philips Regional Activation Manager, Campaigns - Hospital Patient Monitoring in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Are you passionate about launching disruptive omni-channel marketing campaigns? Are you an expert in building targeted audience-based plans proven to deliver results?

In this role, you will define annual campaign activation plan, audience, messaging and channel tactics to deliver on our business and marketing goals. You will partner with our CoEs to localize assets, launch, measure and optimize campaign performance.

Your role:

You will own and contribute to:

  • Developing annual campaign activation plan and budget

  • Defining target audiences and campaign goals

  • Localized campaign messaging and assets

  • Building a learning plan across targets, media channels, messaging

  • Executing campaigns together with the digital CoE

  • Measuring and optimize performance

  • Creating dynamic ways to demonstrate our technology and impact

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Experience in Campaign Planning & Activation or related functions

  • Experience designing, building and executing annual marketing plans

  • Familiar with digital campaign best-practices

  • Experience creating or tailoring campaign assets

  • Experience in marketing within healthcare, medical technology products or solutions

  • Results-oriented and commercial thinking

  • History of success in a complex matrix environment

  • Analytics and data-enabled decision making

  • Strong and compelling communicator

  • Stakeholder management & cross-team collaboration

  • Project management capabilities (agile / lean)
