PROGRAM MANAGER, MARTIN TRUST CENTER FOR MIT ENTREPRENEURSHIP, Sloan School of Management, to act as lead program designer and manager of several major programs in the center, with the goal of expanding the reach of the center and its programs. The primary programs designed and run will include MIT’s New York City Summer Startup Studio (NYCSSS) and StartMIT. Will also work directly with the managing director to lead fund-raising campaigns and donor cultivation activities and events to fund the center’s ongoing programs and raise funds for new programs.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree (master's preferred); at least five years’ related experience; excellent command of written and spoken English; excellent cross-cultural communication, networking, and negotiation skills; experience managing major programs/projects and designing educational programs and/or large scale corporate programs; ability to interact effectively with high level individuals such as senior executives/founders, venture capitalists, and other high net worth individuals; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; and an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship. Seek a highly motivated team player who is able to work both collaboratively and independently. Experience in sales and/or fund-raising strongly preferred.
