PROGRAM COORDINATOR, ALUMNI EXPERIENCE, Sloan School of Management, to project manage a team of the Sloan alumni board and oversee the annual board meeting, including logistics and on-site management; and manage a selection of reunion committee volunteers and reunion events. Will work closely with regional Sloan Club and Sloan 5 leaders, providing both students and alumni with a high level of technical and customer service; manage logistics and event planning for alumni participation in the EMBA Electives program held in January, the Alumni Opportunities Fair held in May for graduating students, and occasional small regional alumni events; develop strong relationships within Sloan’s Office of External Relations, across the Institute, and with the alumni community; prioritize strong partnerships and collaboration, innovation, and communication with the goal of increasing volunteers, alumni engagement, and philanthropic giving; and use technologies that will allow Sloan to connect with alumni virtually.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years’ administrative/project management or related experience; strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, customer service, presentation skills, and written communication skills; comfort collaborating as part of a team; proficiency with alumni databases and standard PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint; attention to detail; self-motivation and initiative; and ability to set goals and priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Must be able to work with others have an understanding of the nature of alumni-based or engagement-based programming. PREFERRED: experience with iModules and working with volunteers, senior staff, and administration. Job #18442-6Some travel, evening, and weekend work is required. 1/13/20
