Google Product Manager, Privacy Sandbox, Chrome in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of product management experience with technical products.

  • Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.

  • Experience working with cross-functional (e.g. engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.) teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in web based ads ecosystem, buy or sell-side.

  • Experience in web development and a deep understanding of the technologies used.

  • Experience in web based mechanisms that are used to track individuals across sites.

  • Track record of product delivery, and a demonstrated ability to work on projects spanning Product Areas.

  • Knowledgeable across many functional areas, including product management, engineering, design, and UX research.

  • Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

As a Product Manager on the Privacy Sandbox, you'll create a thriving web that's private by default. In doing so, you'll play a part of users’ experience online. You role will cover a range of solutions to address prevalent fingerprinting and other covert tracking mechanisms while combating fraud and spam.

Be a part of the team shaping the future of web based advertising for the next decade by delivering new browser APIs that help preserve users' privacy while providing attribution for conversions and deliver relevant ads for prospecting or re-marketing campaigns.

  • Contribute to forming a clear, coherent ads measurement strategy for Privacy Sandbox and drive it forward by getting buy-in from stakeholders across Chrome and the rest of Google

  • Design and launch private-by-design web capabilities for different forms of ads attribution and reporting, top of funnel approaches to relevant ads targeting to more bottom of funnel approaches such as remarketing and retargeting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders from UX, UX Research, Marketing, Legal, and PR

  • Analyze usage metrics, user feedback, and UX research outcomes to look for areas of improvement in the form of new APIs, features, and services

  • Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex cross-functional projects
