You are responsible for
Defining and actively participating in (clinical) research, concept, and feasibility projects, both in-house and with external partners.
Formulating concepts of product propositions by identifying workflows, risks, and corresponding mitigations (UX/UI design).
Supporting Product Management/Marketing with the value proposition, user requirements creation to ensure that the voice of the customer is captured and translated into proper requirements and features.
Creating, managing, and executing usability plans, protocols, tests, evaluations, and reports ensuring alignment with the value proposition, claims, and user requirements.
Delivering PDLM document contributions according to QMS; troubleshooting on application-level where R&D involvement and solutions are needed.
Staying ahead of clinical and technical development of applications and relevant market trends (political, economic, social, technological, competitive).
Driving claim substantiation in the form of validation and/or case studies in line with Marketing.
Clinical validation of the services/solutions applications.
Establishing customer engagement contract to (e.g., pilot, research, FOK) to execute validation.
Maintaining an integrated global customer feedback loop, building application feature backlogs.
Authoring documentation/publications from clinical studies, supporting others in authorship and performing deep dives and prepares white papers/case studies.
You are part of
The New Service Design team, which is a global team with offices in Cambridge, NA, Best, NL, Bangalore, IN, and more. We focus on the creation of new commercial service offerings in the domain of healthcare operations and continuous improvement. Services in this context are software-enabled scalable/industrialized which will include aspects delivered by Philips staff. The services in scope are focused heavily on aiding healthcare providers in improving their operations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Master's Degree or Ph.D. with 10 + years of experience in a clinical environment, healthcare organization
Successful track record in product development, innovation, identifying and initiating new methods of diagnosis, treatment, and/or care within healthcare key segments
Proven stakeholder management, ability to influence, presentation skills and communication skills in a matrix environment at all levels
Experience in usability and requirements management, including risk management
Knowledge of software, data, and hardware/software systems (analytical expertise)
Knowledge of product validation, claims substantiation and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with tools such as Visio, Invision and Miro (a plus)
