The Corporate Finance Engineering (CFE) Team is at the center of this mission, building cloud revenue reporting infrastructure around the world to support commercial industry and government adoption of the cloud to support the most complex workloads.

  • CFEis seeking a talented, highly motivated leader to drive build and delivery ofrevenue reporting forsovereign clouds for government customers. This individual will work closely with software engineering peers, operations, and Azure Global Leadership to dig into execution details, to identify opportunities to automate and optimize, and to deliverreporting forentirely new clouds. As a Principal PM, you will be responsible for being an expert in how we build and operate sovereign clouds, work with stakeholders to understand their needs, and help define the delivery roadmap to ensure our future service meets those needs.   • You will build and execute the vision meeting or far exceeding industry solutions, while enlisting our partners in that success.

  • You will define the metrics by which we measure and judge successful outcomes, and you will work with engineering to createsophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towardsthoseoutcomes.

  • You will ensure product designs meet compliance, regulatory, accessibility, and external standards.

  • You will drive the delivery of those outcomes and evangelize the results within our organization, within our partner organizations, and externally to the industry.

  • You will work with User Research and User Design to develop sophisticated consumer grade, ML and AI driven user experiences that support and empower our customers and partners to make decisions and create value and insights.


  • 7+ years of product management or product design experience working with partners in non-engineering organizations.

  • 3+ years experience in data governance, master data management, data warehousing, or other enterprise scale data strategies.

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, industrial design, finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
