Meet Our Team:

The Customer Engagement team at Pega is accountable for driving prospect and customer engagement through the development and execution of regional, vertical, and account-specific marketing campaigns; the activation of industry content to fuel Pega’s marketing campaigns; the creation and execution of partner co-marketing programs to extend Pega’s marketing and sales reach; and project management support across Pega’s key marketing programs.

As a Partner Marketing trailblazer within Pega, you’ll be part of a growing team that works with cross-functional stakeholders to strategize, build, and execute co-marketing programs that showcase shared value propositions and drive business growth with key partners like Accenture, EY, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and Infosys.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Work with key stakeholders (Pega’s Partner go-to-market executives, Regional Marketing, Industry, Sales, and Sales Effectiveness teams) to identify thepartnersand topicsbest positioned to drive business momentum in North America

  • Develop marketing strategy, plans, and programs to drive joint demand generation with prioritized partners

  • Execute co-marketing partner plans and programs, which includediverse tactics like digital advertising, events, web pages, and content, designed to amplify joint value propositions and achieve measurable engagement with shared customers across the manufacturing and government verticals

  • Oversee effective program execution through external co-marketing partner agency, leveraging packaged offerings and custom programs

  • Enable Sales team around programs and tactics

  • Establish joint metrics and accountabilities, management cadence, sales/partner interlock, and quarterly performance reviews

  • Own reporting on status, outcomes, and learnings

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ years Partner Marketing experience

  • Proven experience increasing channel activation and partner engagement

  • Proven experience generating pipeline by designing and executing successful partner co-marketing programs

  • Prior experience marketing enterprise software

  • Budget management experience

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and social collaboration tools
