The Data and AI Partner Strategy team develops the strategy, align investments, create globally scalable programs and GTM with our strategic partners that help our channel ecosystem delivery the right solutions to customers at scale.
The team is looking for a marketing leader to build and drive a set of globally scalable GTM programs with our top ISV partner(s).
You are fascinated with the role of data in the modern-day business world and possess a deep understanding of not just the ISV business model but also the different buy centers within the customer ecosystem and building marketing programs focused on targeting and engaging these audiences.
In your past role, you have been acknowledged as a marketing thought leader and have delivered strong business impact leveraging globally distributed internal and external stakeholders.
You have the right balance of business and technical acumen and are passionate about driving technology adoption through field and partners. It is desired that you can develop a strategic program that brings together the various linear and orthogonal elements (e.g. skilling, capacity, customer needs, partner engagements, value prop and story-telling) to enable a feasible model that is globally scalable and locally relevant. You readily leverage that knowledge to develop a prescriptive point of view. You can bring your point of view to the conversation in a constructive & collaborative way, inspiring buy-in and adoption of your ecosystem program.
About the Job
The Partner Marketing Advisor Partner Aligned (PMA-P) – Data and AI role is key to Microsoft's partner management strategy as part of the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization. The PMA-P is responsible for growing our Data and AI revenue through planning, executing and landing impactful Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns for strategic ISV solutions build on Microsoft’s Data and AI stack.
Drive partner revenue contribution to our Data and AI business through impactful Go-To-Market (GTM) development and execution across Microsoft products within assigned priority partners
Leverage global investments to build a set of globally scalable GTM programs to optimize GTM impact at the Microsoft subsidiary level, including working with the subsidiary PMA-Ps to drive alignment on partner selection and GTM execution
Partner centered: learn about the partners business, market opportunity and Modern Marketing practice to position for building GTMs

5+ years in a customer and/or partner facing role, optimally dealing with a variety of audiences – Customers, Partners (ISV, SI, start-ups, MSPs)
5+ years working directly with partner ecosystems, the ability to provide valuable business and technical guidance to them and to secure their commitment to use business solutions
Product Management experience
C-level partner engagement experience
Creativity, Conviction and Curiosity
Success dealing with and overcoming ambiguity to deliver results
Driving change management efforts in redefining programs and processes
Ability to effectively influence others, including multiple Microsoft groups and Partners
Strong planning and analytical experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
This role requires travel, including international 20% of the time to engage with our field and ISV partners across key geographies.
