Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a focused attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a lean team.
Additional Information:This position is approved for a 2-year term (with possibility of renewal/extension) which begins on the person's first day of employment.

Create marketing emails and landing pages in Hubspot.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners on project requirements, delivery of assets, and production timelines.
Perform email testing on new campaigns and ensure quality across devices and browsers.
Build, prepare, upload, and test email lists.
Coordinate key stakeholder approvals and feedback for email campaigns.
Develop, implement, and refine our marketing automation strategy across the acquisition marketing funnel.
Manage email calendar, monitor and report on campaign results.
Analyze email performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize cadence and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise relating to email creation, deployment and delivery.
Provide guidance to key stakeholders and work with vendors on new marketing automation features and functionality.
Work across teams to ensure that email communications are timely, appropriate and optimized.
Other duties and projects as required.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this position will coordinate, execute, support, and report on a variety of automated marketing campaigns across Harvard Business School Online. The Coordinator is responsible for the set-up, testing, deployment, and reporting for an assigned portfolio of email campaigns. The Coordinator will also manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders regarding project requirements, status, and deadlines.
