Marketing & Sales Consultant

NOW HIRING A MARKETING & SALES CONSULTANT NEAR CAMBRIDGE!

You will be working with one of the most well-respected medical equipment and device manufacturers in the world! This company is in the business of saving peoples' lives globally!

Pay rate: $57 per hour (W2)

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive audience-centric marketing campaign planning, demand generation programs, and customer engagement activities for the North America Market, fueling growth for its rich portfolios of health technology products and solutions in the United States and Canada. You are a forward-thinking marketer who keeps a pulse on both digital and offline market trends that drive awareness, generate interest, create demand, build loyalty, and enable funnel velocity.

Responsibilities:

The marketing team drives strategy across all health systems and builds all campaigns for all customers.

This marketing team is a small team.

This role will handle US business only and will meet in Cambridge if it's feasible

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

We are looking for someone who is 50% strategic, 50% doer (hands on)

Someone who is smart can catch up really fast

This person will work alongside two to three people on these projects.

The person will do intake meetings from stakeholders on what they need, then build a cohesive plan.

The person will coordinate all communications with stakeholders and will be project managing all the campaign.

This person will also work with all sponsorships and coordination internal teams.

There will be about 50 to 100 stakeholders

The project / product will be b2b.

7 years experience needed

This person would be working with 6 - 7 campaigns at a given time.

Contract till end of year and possible become perm

Qualifications:

  1. Deep expertise on how marketing campaigns should be run

  2. Strong project management to help run programs

  3. Ability to think strategically and hands-on implementation

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in a multi-national healthcare company or a large advertising agency working in the healthcare sector (B2B, B2G)

  • High level of expertise in digital marketing, brand awareness, demand gen and lead management, experience with online and offline channel mix

  • Strong project management expertise, structured thinker / analytical approach

  • Exemplary time management and prioritization skills

  • Strategic problem solver with strong influencing skills across multiple stakeholders at different levels within an organization

  • Proven ability to synthesize conceptual thinking to operational functions

  • Experience in 3rd party vendor management and oversight

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams

  • Must be based in Cambridge, MA or within driving distance of the Cambridge office
