The Carrier Field Marketing team is an enthusiastic group focused on driving revenue growth, accelerating adoption of Akamai products and solutions from existing Carrier customers, and driving demand from new customers.

Akamai is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Program Specialist for the Americas. This position will report to the Global Senior Marketing Manager of Carrier Field Marketing. In this role, the candidate will have responsibility for driving revenue growth by creating, managing, and executing marketing programs to acquire new Carrier partners.
As a Marketing Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with regional sales and Marketing leaders to build, manage, and execute strategic marketing plans that align to company priorities and sales targets
Driving pipeline growth and loyalty with existing customers, accelerating adoption of Akamai solutions, and supporting new customer acquisition.
Creating preference for Akamai solutions with joint marketing
Working closely with other marketing groups including global campaigns, product marketing, industry marketing, and digital marketing.
Communicating all marketing plans, activities, and program results to stakeholders on a regular basis
Creating reports that track KPIs, analyzing ROI and demonstrating direct business impact
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 2 years of experience in field marketing program management and execution in a high-growth, innovative environment, with an emphasis on web, cloud, and digital technology and a Bachelors degree
Experience working with corporate demand generation team to plan and execute regional campaigns for customers and partners
Experience building solid relationships with customers, sales, and channel leaders
Experience working with Carriers is advantageous
Experience with marketing/sales automation tools, including Salesforce.com and Marketo
Demonstrate excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications skills
