    Job Description

MARKETING COORDINATOR, Sloan School of Management-Executive Education, to execute a wide range of tasks in order to promote a large portfolio of executive programs with the ultimate goal of driving enrollments and client engagement. This will include writing social media posts and replies, updating and optimizing website content, writing and deploying targeted emails, creating and maintaining course brochures, and implementing various strategic marketing activities. Will also represent the brand at conferences and events, be involved in logistics and planning, assist with the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, and perform other activities as necessary. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: B.A. or B.S. in a related field, preferably marketing, communications, or public relations; at least one year of communications experience in a marketing department or agency; excellent analytical, organizational, time-management, collaboration, proofreading, design, and written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Salesforce, including CRM, Digital Experience CMS, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud; experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; desktop publishing skills (e.g., ability to create flyers and simple graphics); comfort dealing with and ensuring a superior customer experience for an executive audience by email, phone, and in person; ability to manage multiple complex simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and work with internal and external stakeholders; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; self-motivation; service-orientation; and ability to work independently. Job #23778-6Salary range: $54,820 - 72,175 - 89,530, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
