Meet Our Team:

As a key contributor to Pega’s Marketing Automation Team, you will support a highly accountable and optimized marketing operation. Working alongside Pega’s advanced marketing platform, you’ll support the implementation and day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs with an emphasis on the email channel. In a short amount of time, you’ll learn how Artificial Intelligence is used to optimize email marketing campaigns and will help to ensure that email offer inventory is carefully curated and deployed on time to the appropriate audiences.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Participate in implementation of AI-driven email marketing campaigns

• Set up, deploy, and monitor email offers to support strategic marketing programs

• Ideate, implement, and analyze performance of email offers and campaigns with adherence to best practices

• Work closely with copywriting and marketing automation teams to ensure quality and efficiency

Who You Are:

You are comfortable and passionate about learning new marketing technology and have experience or interest in marketing automation platforms. You would enjoy behind-the-scenes work to improve marketing processes and content that makes Pega more efficient and successful. You pay close attention to quality and deadlines, ensuring that work is completed correctly and on time. You are curious, service-oriented, and work well in groups as well as independently.

• Rising senior, pursuing BS or BA in marketing, business, statistics or a similar discipline

• HTML and email marketing experience preferred but not required

• Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• ​Demonstrated professionalism and strong attention to detail

• Drive for continuous learning and development
