The healthcare marketplace is going through radical change as technology is enabling new ways of working and organizing with step-function change in quality and cost. As Philips is designing the blueprint for new ways of working, this job leads the Business Process Expert (BPE) team that contains the expertise to ensure that the business critical commercial processes are effective and efficient. This team also leads the planning and execution of critical process changes as the company and the market evolves to new commercial processes and systems.
This Senior Leadership role will be at the forefront of enabling Philips Healthcare to deliver the solutions that the market is needing. It is a great opportunity for the right person who is experienced in the end to end (E2E) commercial processes, for example New Product Introduction (NPI) to Cash , that wants to drive the blueprint and the execution of the changes needed to continue to compete in the Healthcare Market.
You are responsible for
Providing a cohesive end to end vision and understanding of commercial processes which support the flow of 4B in revenue per year; including 1B in e-commerce.
Leading a team of approximately 100 BPEs that are responsible for ensuring critical business processes are working effectively and adapting as needed.
Providing leadership for deployment and adoption of E2E processes that will be impacted as the company undergoes a significant Business Process and Tool transformation. Transformation projects for NPI to Cash processes are underway and this role and team will lead this for the North America Market.
Effectively lead a resource pool of Program Directors, Business Process Experts/Directors, and subject matter experts required to enable effective project management of key IT platform and process initiatives within an operating division or market
Establishing and maintaining both a risk-based resource management and portfolio governance mechanism to ensure expected project, program and portfolio outcomes are prioritized, sequenced, and met.
Partnering with the global and functional project teams to design and build blueprints for new ways of working.
Owning the salesforce.com application and development team for enterprise group of over 7,000 users.
Partnering with finance team to establish and co-chair IT enterprise wide Portfolio prioritization governance across all process and IT platform domains that serve a market.
Building a collaborative partnership among executive leaders and portfolio partners that enables resource demand planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions.
Incubating and developing solution delivery requirements within the Philips business system operating model, including M&A integration standards and work instructions.
Identifying and managing cross platform or portfolio level risks, issues and dependencies, participate in governance that mitigates risks.

This role is part of the>1500 people that make up the North America Market (NAM) Commercial Operations and Services Team. Reporting to the VP of NAM Commercial Operations, this role will lead the team that enables much of NAM performance through systems, process and people, including 7 direct reports and 100 subject matter experts. It is a highly visible role that will interact across the global organization and will represent the NAM’s interests in all matters related to the E2E commercial process and systems.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
15+ years of related experience including 8+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing implementation and successful adoption of multiple complex business processes and systems
Extensive knowledge of salesforce.com, Apttus, Anaplan, and/or other CPQ platforms (SAP, Seibel), AWS DevOps, and MSFT Azure platform development. Prefer experience with either Big 6 Consulting implementation or Large Corporate business transformations involving NPI to Cash Processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change / transformation from blueprint through implementation
Experience in managing communication and forging partnerships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, ability to interact at the highest level of the organization
Highly skilled at collaboration within complex, matrix business environment with demonstrated track-record of successful outcomes when working with multi-functional / multinational / multicultural teams
Other ideal skills include: financial forecasting, IT Strategy and Planning, experience leading project managers across multiple project.
Bachelors in technical field or business required, Masters preferred
